Abstracts and Posters

THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS ELECTRONICALLY USING ONLINE FORM

Abstracts must be written in Times New Roman, with font size 12, single spacing, A4 format, up to 5 pages. The abstract shouldn’t contain more than 300 words, including the title, names of authors, and the institution of origin, content, and max 5 keywords. Abstracts should be written and submitted in Word file format (*.doc or *.docx)

Abstracts should be as concise as possible and include the following sub-titles:

INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVES
MATERIAL
METHODS
RESULTS, CONCLUSION AND REFERENCES

Scientific Board will bring decision for all approved ABSTRACTS.

ABSTRACTS SHOULD BE WRITTEN in English language.

The submission of poster presentation is ELECTRONICALLY VIA FORM BELOW

Important: Abstracts should be written and submitted in Word file format (*.doc or *.docx) only.

Poster presentations will be executed strictly electronically on LCD screens. POSTER PRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE WRITTEN in English language as a PowerPoint presentation.

The PowerPoint presentation should not have more than 10 slides, and will be presented orally no more than 5 minutes.

Scientific Board will bring decision for all approved POSTER PRESENTATIONS.

  • DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS May the 1st,

NOTE 2:

  • DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS May 5th,

The authors of the accepted abstracts should pay the registration fee no later than 10.05.2022 and the amount to be paid is the early registration fee, as for the abstract to be published in the Book of Abstracts (or to have a registration fee provided by sponsors).

If there is no payment by this deadline, the abstract will not be published in the book.

The use of personal laptop will not be allowed. It is mandatory, for the smooth running of the Sessions, that all the Speakers hand in their presentations 24 hours before the lecture.

NOTE:

*IF ABSTRACT AND / OR POSTER PRESENTATION ARE INTENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL SECTION, must not contain any symbols, logos and similar signs from any HEALTH institution, company, DRUG, MEDICAL preparation OR DEVICE.

* IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE DOCUMENTS CONTAIN ELEMENTS OF COMMERCIAL LECTURE OR HAVE PARTS FROM COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS, THE TERMS AND PRICES INCLUDED IN THE OFFICIAL PRICELIST ARE APPLIED.
